Compound Exercises: Make sure you perfect these and lift heavy (Squats, Bench Press, Chinups, Rows)
High Intensity Sprinting: For Fat Loss and Muscle Tone (look at all the sprinters at how ripped they are especially asafa powell and usain bolt)
Low Carb/High Protein: Eat High protein foods(tuna,eggs,meat) and very few carbs and this will help lose a kilo fast guaranteed
Junk Food: i have 1 meal per week of anything i want and this helps keep the kilos off

]]>I am now being helped by an ex body builder. She says that I can build muscle to burn fat and I shouldn’t worry about what I eat because we work it off. Due to having found out I have scoliosis, we cannot do it as vigorously because it hurts.
I have mixed feelings about what she says and am unsure if what she is doing is working. It has been a month and I feel no different, other than bigger….does this really work? Should I add a cardio? Help.

]]>I have read different publications on this. Some say to do heavy weight with a low number of reps, others said to do light weight with a high number of reps. Which one is better for building lean muscle?
Also, what is the best diet for lean muscle? I am drinking 3 liters of water a day and have restricted my diet to 1500 calories.
And finally, is there a supplement that I should be taking with my workout? BSN Syntha-6? BSN Atro-Phex? Has anyone tried these and have they worked?

cuz im 19 and 130 lbs and im 5 10 and im jus lookn to gain some weight but mostly all muscle weight and not really fat and im tryn to gain muscle on the upper body mainly and not really the lower body jus yet… jus like gonna work out the upper more then the lower body…
